The process of answering questions on this site is essentially random. If someone sees your question and wishes to answer it, he or she is free to do so. If no one wishes to answer it, then it doesn't get answered. It may be that you have asked a particularly difficult question to which we do not know the answer, or it may be that purely by chance, the people who do know the answer never happened to see your question, or it may be that your question is just too boring for anyone to want to answer it, or too badly phrased. Many things are possible.
